Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of prudentianalytics.com and its content, features, forms, and related communications (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Prudentia Analytics LLC (“Prudentia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about Prudentia Analytics LLC, its capabilities, educational and editorial materials, products, and potential services.
Site content is general informational and educational material. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, safety, regulatory, employment, procurement, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional for your circumstances.
No Offer or Binding Commitment
Website content is not a binding offer to sell, perform, or procure any product or service.
A proposal, statement of work, purchase order, customer agreement, product license, supplier agreement, or other written transaction-specific document accepted by Prudentia will govern the applicable transaction. If a transaction-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the transaction.
Prudentia may use qualified providers, suppliers, subcontractors, or other independent parties in performing managed engagements. Their role, responsibility, and any applicable credentialing or specialized service terms will be defined in the relevant transaction documents.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
- interfere with Site security or operation;
- introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorized automated tools;
- scrape, copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without permission;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- submit false, unlawful, infringing, or harmful information through the Site; or
- use the Site to compete unfairly with or harm Prudentia.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, graphics, designs, educational materials, product materials, trademarks, logos, software, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Prudentia and protected by applicable law.
“Prudentia Analytics” and related marks are used by Prudentia Analytics LLC. No license or right is granted except the limited right to use the Site for its intended lawful purpose.
Product-specific licenses govern Prudentia-developed digital products. Purchasing or accessing a product does not transfer ownership of Prudentia intellectual property.
User Submissions
If you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, medical, credentialing, or sensitive personal information through a general contact form unless Prudentia has specifically requested it through an appropriate process.
You grant Prudentia a limited right to use information you submit as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer the relationship, and operate its business, subject to the Privacy Notice.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites, products, providers, or services. A link does not constitute endorsement. Prudentia is not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or performance.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Prudentia disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Prudentia does not warrant that the Site will always be secure, error-free, or available.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prudentia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Site.
For claims relating solely to free access to the Site, Prudentia’s aggregate liability will not exceed US$100. This limitation does not alter any liability allocation expressly stated in a separate transaction-specific agreement.
Privacy and Other Policies
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, and, where applicable, Refund & Returns Policy and product-specific license terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising solely from these Terms or Site use must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after the Effective Date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
